Shipping Information

Shipping chocolate can be tricky, and no one wants to receive melted chocolate.  All orders are shipped UPS “no signature required”. This means the package will be left at the shipping address if no one is there to receive it; which may mean left on a residential doorstep.  Chocolate is extremely fragile and perishable.  We package each item and product with the utmost care and concern. Chocolate can begin to melt at a temperature of 72 degrees or lower if left in the sun or in a warm place.  The ideal temperature for shipping and storing our delicious chocolates is 70 degrees and below. 2Day Air or Next Day Air shipping speed will be required for destinations forecast to be above 70 degrees.
